Capping Chucks
One of the most critical components of a reliable capping processing solution is the cap chuck. We have extensive knowledge in the design an manufacture of cap chucks to suit all the leading brand closures, including TCL, Dorony, Caps and Closures and VIP. Our cap chucks are available in Aluminum and Stainless steel, with or without ejection pins. Chucks can be made with inner or outer mounting threads. For difficult lids, we also have pressure type polyurethane chucks available or 3 jaw pneumatic units for complex and special use cases.
