Cap Elevators
Vertical motion solutions form an integral part of an efficient production line. They reduce operator intervention and at the same time reduce injury risk. Manufactured from stainless steel and equipped with a large front hopper, the poly belt smoothly transports the lids into to the sorting hopper using non-marking paddles. The belt is driven through a reduction gearbox with your choice of motor types and specifications. The elevator can be configured as stand-alone or integrated with the PLC controls of a capper system.
