CH400 - Automatic cap tightener
Designed to compliment an existing production line, the CH400 sits over your exiting conveyor line and waits for incoming packs. Once a pack is detected, the clamps will close, securing the pack from rotation, the capping spindle will come down to the programmed height. Once in place, the electronically controlled spindle servo will tighten the lid to the pre-defined application torque and number of turns. Once the target torque is reached, the pack is released and the process begins again. The CH400 can be programmed to be run as left or right feed input. Built on a 50mm x 50mm stainless steel chassis and driven by an Allen-Bradley PLC and touch screen controller, the CH400 is a simple to use, single operator system ready to compliment your production line and is ideally suited for customers that pack small runs of unique products. SKU changeover is quick and simple and does not require a maintenance fitter.
